Narváez in Colombia. It is a variety that is extremely difficult to cultivate and is known for naturally having a low caffeine content. Made using Emerson's unique Natural 7days fermentation process, this lot offers a rich flavor profile that exquisitely balances the refined sweetness of the Laurina variety with mandarin orange, tropical fruit, and wine-like flavors. *Regarding the roasting date*
