For fraud detection and prevention under EMV 3-D Secure, we may provide customer information (such as name, phone number, and email address) to the card issuer used by the customer. If the issuer is located overseas, the information may be transferred to that country. However, since we cannot identify the specific card issuer or its jurisdiction from the information collected, we are unable to provide details of the personal information protection system or security measures in such countries.
