It has a pleasant acidity of sweet citrus fruits and a smooth texture. As it cools, it also reminds me of white tea.
It has the elegant taste that is unique to the Geisha variety.

It is produced by Don Joel Micro Mill in the West Valley region of Costa Rica. We have been dealing with this coffee every year since we first visited the area three years ago to purchase coffee.
Although it is a small, family-run business, they are an energetic producer that cultivates a variety of varieties, including not only Geisha but also selected Typica and Kenya varieties, and is always thinking up innovative production and processing methods for products such as Reposado honey.

This batch is made from Geisha beans finished with yellow honey.
Tastings conducted locally have shown that the wine is consistent every year, demonstrating the high level of production management.
Don't miss out on the Geisha variety, which is popular worldwide!
