It reminds me that flamboyant flavors are not the only charm of coffee.This is a lot of Mundo Novo, a representative Brazilian variety, finished with the washed process.La Canoa is a farm operated by Mr. Mario Friely.It has a history of over 30 years, but in 2014, it was severely affected by the coffee leaf rust disease that spread in Guatemala, and yields suffered catastrophic damage.However, Mr. Mario paid close attention to cultivation, such as changing shade trees, and continued his efforts without giving up, restoring production conditions and maintaining excellent quality.Harvesting involves hand-picking only fully ripe cherries with high sugar content based on Brix values, and drying them on African beds.
