We start with a full-bodied Brazilian coffee as a base, then add bright acidity and fruity flavors with Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees.
Current beans used are:
Brazil Serra das tres barras, Yellow arara, Natural
Ethiopia Bona Zuria Sedaka, Heirloom, Washed
Guatemala La Merced, Bourbon, natural
Roast level is medium-light.
While we primarily use it for espresso in-store, we also recommend enjoying it as a drip coffee.
