Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 [Definitions]

These Terms of Use of the Store - “We/Us”
The operator of the online store established using this Service - “Service”
The e-commerce service provided by us via the Internet - “Purchaser”
A person who, in accordance with the procedures specified by us, has agreed to and accepted all provisions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and applies to purchase products - “User”
A general term for those who, having agreed to all provisions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, search, browse, or use images, texts, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and other information (hereinafter “Content”) provided through the Service
Article 2 [Application of Terms]
These Terms are established for users utilizing the Service provided by us via the Internet. By beginning use of the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 3 [Changes to Terms]
We may amend these Terms within the scope of the purpose of the Service when deemed necessary. If users or purchasers use the Service after the changes, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Chapter 2 Purchase of Products
Article 4 [Purchase of Products]
- Users may purchase products from us using the Service.
- Users who wish to purchase products must apply in accordance with the procedures separately specified by us.
- The sales contract for the product is established when the user clicks the order confirmation button after reviewing delivery, order details, and other information entered or registered, and the confirmation email is sent by us and reaches the user.
- Notwithstanding the above, if any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct occurs in connection with use of the Service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
- Minors may not purchase products through the Service without the prior consent of a legal guardian.
Article 5 [Changes to Registered Information]
If any changes occur to the name, address, or other matters provided at the time of purchase, the purchaser shall promptly notify us. Even if registration of changes is completed, transactions already processed before the change will be conducted based on the information prior to the change.
Article 6 [Payment Methods]
- The purchase price shall consist of the sales price of the product displayed on the site plus consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling charges.
- Payments for products purchased through the Service shall be made only by the payment methods specified by us.
- When paying by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of the separate agreement with their credit card company. Any disputes arising between the purchaser and the credit card company in relation to credit card use shall be resolved by and between the purchaser and the credit card company.
- If the specified payment method requires a separate agreement between the purchaser and the relevant payment company (including agreement to the payment company’s terms), the purchaser shall comply with such terms. Any disputes arising in connection with the payment method shall be resolved by and between the purchaser and the payment company.
Article 7 [Returns of Products]
Returns of products shall be handled in accordance with the “Special Provisions on Returns” described in the [Act on Specified Commercial Transactions] section posted on the site.
Chapter 3 Handling of Personal Information

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Chapter 4 User Responsibilities
Article 9 [Prohibited Acts]
In using the Service, users and purchasers are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:
- Acts that cause or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or us
- Acts that infringe or may infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, moral rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us
- Acts that are contrary to public order and morals, acts in violation of laws or regulations, or acts that may fall under such
- Use of content obtained through the Service beyond the scope of private use
- Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, disclosing, or similar acts through other users or third parties of content obtained through the Service
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or other services provided by us
- Acts that damage or undermine our credibility, or other acts we reasonably determine inappropriate
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by us
Chapter 5 Disclaimer
Article 10 [Disclaimer]
- We assume no responsibility for damages incurred by third parties as a result of user or purchaser violations of these Terms.
- We make no guarantees whatsoever regarding the completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, or any other aspect of the content of the Service or information obtained by users or purchasers through the Service.
- We shall bear no liability for any damages incurred by users or purchasers through use of the Service, and we shall have no obligation to compensate such damages. However, if the contract based on these Terms falls under a “Consumer Contract” as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), provisions completely exempting us from liability shall not apply. In cases where the contract is a Consumer Contract and we are liable for damages due to default or tort, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user or purchaser to us under these Terms during the one year prior to the occurrence of the damage.
- If a purchaser neglects or refuses to receive a product, is absent for an extended period making delivery impossible, provides an unknown delivery address, or otherwise cannot receive the product due to purchaser circumstances, we will fulfill our obligation to deliver the product by contacting the purchaser’s registered contact or by bringing or delivering the product to the designated address, and shall thereby be exempt from further liability.
Chapter 6 Miscellaneous
Article 11 [Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights]
Content provided through the Service belongs exclusively to us or to third parties with legitimate rights. If any problems arise between users or purchasers and third parties due to violation of this Article, the user or purchaser shall resolve such problems at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage, loss, or disadvantage to us.
Article 12 [Governing Law]
The governing law for these Terms shall be the laws of Japan.
Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]
In the event of matters not provided in these Terms or doubts regarding interpretation, we and the user or purchaser shall promptly resolve them through consultation in good faith. All disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
