Buenos Aires is a prestigious farm in Nicaragua that has won the COE championship. Located in Nueva Segovia, on the border with Honduras in northern Nicaragua, the Valladarez family, who run the farm, originally lived in Honduras but moved to this area as the civil war intensified.
They gradually acquired more land and now own a total of 10 farms, which are currently managed by brothers Luis Emilio and Olman, the fourth generation.They are producers who respond to various changes and spare no effort to produce coffee of consistent quality every year for their customers who continue to buy from them.
