[Save 200 yen when you buy Prolog and townsfolk beans together]

A coffee with a nutty flavor like walnuts and the savory sweetness of caramel. Recommended for those who prefer a robust taste with low acidity. Among townsfolk's offerings, this is a medium roast that is slightly darker, but it has less of a roasted impression and its sweetness stands out.

Farm owner Luiz Paulo is the fourth generation of a coffee-producing family. The name of this farm, "Sítio Senhor Niquinho," isderived from his grandfather's nickname.

After earning a degree in business administration and building a career as a banker, Luiz returned to Carmo de Minas to take over the family business. After becoming a member of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA) in 2007, he served as vice president in 2009 and president from 2011 to 2013, making him a very important figure for Brazilian specialty coffee.

In his book, Luiz states, "For me, coffee production with sustainability in mind is an essential element for modern coffee producers. We must take responsibility for producing consistently high-quality coffee and protecting the surrounding environment and the society in which we live." As he says, the Niquinho farm's surrounding primary forests and rivers are well protected.

He is a producer who continues to strive for both sustainable production and quality.
